If you enjoy walking or jogging by yourself or with others why not turn it into a time of prayer so that you can exercise your body and your soul at the same time?!
In Mark 16:15 Jesus said, “GO into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature…” On your mark, get set, GO!!!!

July 5/6
Let us pray that we might again learn how to discern, to know how to choose paths of life, and reject everything that leads us away from Christ and the Gospel.
July 12/13
Let us pray for the grace to recognize the gentle promptings of the Holy Spirit, so that our choices may always reflect God’s will.
July 19/20
Let us pray that we may have the courage to say no to what is easy, popular, or self-serving, and yes to what is true, good, and rooted in love.
July 25/27
Let us pray for wisdom in the face of confusion and conflicting voices, that we may remain anchored in Christ and the truth of the Gospel.
