- Mondays, March 2nd through 23rd, 12:00–1:00 PM in the small chapel at Blessed Sacrament
- 30-minute listening prayer where you focus on your breath or a sacred word, inviting God into stillness, solitude, and silence
- Handouts provided to guide your practice; leaders available the full hour for questions
Small Group Taizé Prayer
Contemplative Prayer in an Intimate Setting
- March 3 at 6:30 PM or March 10 at 3:00 PM in the parish center library
- Reflective prayer combining the Liturgy of the Hours with contemplative meditation in a small group of about 10 people

A Melodic Lenten Prayer Experience
- Wednesday, March 18th at 6:00 PM in the chapel
- Use songs, hymns, and instrumental pieces to deepen spiritual connection, calm the mind, and express emotions to God—often called “praying twice”
- Led by Kristyn Russell

Watercolor Meditation and Reflection
- Thursday, March 26th, 2:00–3:00 PM or 6:30–7:30 PM
- Open-ended watercolor experience while listening to prayer and song; rhythmic painting helps still the mind for deeper focus
- Led by Christy Granda; no artistic talent needed
