Youth Ministry on Sunday Nights
On Sunday nights, high school students are invited to participate in one of the youth ministry’s small faith communities. These gatherings meet according to grade and dive into topics that explore who they are, who the Church is, and what it means to be a disciple of Christ.
In partnership with the Midland area Catholic churches, students are also able to attend another parish’s youth ministry program.
Have you ever found yourself angered, upset, or hurt by the lack of care that the world seems to have for certain groups of people? Often, we see injustice and feel strong emotions, but also a sense of helplessness in not knowing what we can do. This year, Sunday Night Small Groups will focus on equality, racism, dignity, and all things Social Justice. Covering these topics, as well as discussions and events focused on the emotions of Christ, will give perspective to the Church’s teachings on how to be an active, involved, and meaningful representative for those whom we can help. These small group meetings provide community and belonging to all people of high school age. The best way to build the kingdom of God is to hold each other up as friends, family, and community. Join us Sunday Nights from 6-8 pm!
